Good news! Gaomi-based Haiyu Co., Ltd. has been successfully recognized as a member of the seventh batch of “Weifang Time-Honored Brands.”

Recently, the Weifang Municipal Bureau of Commerce and three other departments issued the “Notice on the Announcement of the Seventh Batch of Weifang Time-Honored Brands,” under which Haiyu Co., Ltd. (brand: Haiyu), recommended by the city, was successfully included. To date, Gaomi City has a total of one Shandong time-honored brand and seven Weifang time-honored brands.
Haiyu Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. The company specializes in high-end professional protective footwear, military and police boots, and fashionable casual shoes, integrating design, manufacturing, and sales. It has an annual production capacity of 5 million pairs of various types of footwear.
“Time-honored brands of Weifang” refer to brands that boast a profound historical heritage, distinctive cultural characteristics, unique craftsmanship and technology, meticulous design and manufacturing, high-quality products and services, efficient marketing channels, and broad social recognition. The criteria for designation include: a brand history of at least 30 years; distinct Chinese national identity and pronounced regional cultural traits; the provision of products, skills, or services of significant economic and cultural value to consumers’ daily lives; and demonstrative leadership and exemplary status within their respective industries or fields, accompanied by widespread public approval and acclaim.
